Instantly convert times between any time zones around the world.
Time zones are defined as offsets from Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). To convert between zones, calculate the difference in UTC offsets and add or subtract that from the source time. For example, Eastern Time (UTC-5) to London (UTC+0) is a difference of +5 hours, so 9:00 AM ET = 2:00 PM GMT.
This calculator uses standard time offsets. During daylight saving time (DST), clocks move forward by one hour in many regions. The U.S. observes DST from March to November. Europe observes it from late March to late October. Not all countries observe DST, so always double-check during transition periods.
